My path started in Mumbai, took me through New Jersey and the mountains of Beaver Creek, then to Detroit, and now to Breckenridge, Colorado. At every stop - hotel kitchens, fine dining lines, large-scale pastry programs - I've led teams, designed menus, and built kitchen systems from the ground up.
What keeps me going is simple: making food that people remember.
